About Annabelle
ANNABELLE MACRAE
Annabelle is an Environmental Justice and Sustainability placement student with Beamish Law.
Annabelle is a second year student at Osgoode Hall Law School participating in Osgoode’s Environmental Justice and Sustainability Clinic.
Prior to law school, she worked as a Policy Analyst at the Chiefs of Ontario where she specialized in mining and advocated in favor of integrating consultation into Ontario’s free-entry mining system.
In 2025, Annabelle summered at a national Aboriginal and Indigenous law firm where she gained experience working in her core areas of interest, including environmental, mining, and Aboriginal law.
EDUCATION
Annabelle holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Calgary and a Master of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy. She is currently a Juris Doctor Candidate at Osgoode Hall Law School.
PERSONAL
Annabelle grew up dancing at the School of Alberta Ballet and loves to perform. She especially enjoys making music with family and friends.
